[ScL] O rare barb diadem (+2 to skills, 20% FCR)

I'm not sure if any barb needs FCR, but I'll offer this anyway as rest of the mods is also pretty nice:

+2 to barb skills

20% faster cast rate

+10 to dextirity

16% cold res

16% light res

52% fire res

16% poison res
